Our Hardwood Charcoall also finds its application in Barbecue (BBQ). Valuable customers from Dubai, Jeddah, Qatar, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Istanbul, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Goa, Mumbai opt for Shauren Valour's Charcoal Lumps in Barbecuing.
Choosing the right Barbecue depends on what you're going to be cooking ? If you are only doing burgers and pieces of chicken you'll be fine with an open grill; if you want to cook whole chickens or joints of meat you will need something with a lid, a kettle barbecue, which reflects heat of a curved lid back on to the food and restricts the flow of Oxygen through charcoal lumps. As a rule of thumb, anything that takes less than 30 minutes to cook can be done directly over the charcoal and anything that requires longer should be cooked in a kettle barbecue with the lid on using indirect heat, i.e. with the Charcoal on one side underneath and the food on the grill on the other with a drip tray underneath to catch the fat and prevent it burning.
Quickly achieving an even temperature across the grill makes for easy cooking and happy guests.
Fuel for Barbecuing is Wood Charcoal. Now, we shall try to understand some basic Technical Specifics of Charcoal as shown below.
